1SCOPE
These terms apply to logos, approved photographs, biographies, press releases, artwork, EPK materials and other assets made available by DarkRush Music through its Press area (“Press Assets”).
2PERMITTED EDITORIAL USE
Unless an asset states otherwise, bona fide journalists, broadcasters, reviewers, venues and media organisations may use Press Assets solely for editorial coverage of DarkRush Music, the relevant release, event, project or person.
Permission is non-exclusive, non-transferable and may be withdrawn where an asset is outdated, rights have expired or use is misleading or unlawful.
3RESTRICTIONS
You must not:
- use Press Assets to imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist;
- use them in merchandise, advertising, product packaging, NFTs or other commercial products without written permission;
- materially alter photographs, artwork or logos except for reasonable cropping, sizing or technical formatting;
- remove required credits, copyright notices or watermarks;
- use assets in a defamatory, deceptive or unlawful context; or
- sublicense or build a commercial asset library from them.
4CREDITS
Please use the photographer, designer, artist or copyright credit supplied with an asset. If no credit is supplied, contact press@darkrushmusic.com if a credit is required for your intended use.
5MUSIC AND AUDIO
Availability of artwork or press materials does not grant synchronisation, master-use, composition, broadcast or other music rights. For music licensing contact sync@darkrushmusic.com.
6ACCURACY
Approved biographies, release information and press releases reflect information available when published. For current facts, interview requests, high-resolution assets or verification, contact the press team.
